1st/2nd: rent a motorbike and visit all the waterfalls and temples
3rd: go to ijen (take car then ferry)

3rd: Ferry from gilimanuk to Ketapang, taxi to Banyuwangi. Book hike tour?
4th: wake up ~1am and hike ijen crater (blue fire and blue lake). In afternoon, head to Tumpak Sewu (taxi is cheapest option, but if not: train from banywangi to klakah, then taxi to tumpak sewu)
